The service

AI Build Partners provides the AI Opportunity Audit: a paid diagnostic that reviews your workflows and delivers a written report with prioritized AI opportunities, quick wins, and a recommended next path. Follow-on services may be offered after the audit, but only where the audit evidence supports them.

Payment and scheduling

• The audit price is stated at checkout and processed by Stripe.
• The audit is confirmed once payment succeeds and the stakeholder call is scheduled.

Meeting recording and transcripts

Audit meetings take place off-platform. The meeting host is responsible for any recording or transcription settings and any required participant consent. After the meeting, an administrator must upload the completed transcript as a Markdown (`.md`) or Word (`.docx`) file for analysis and report preparation. Report delivery depends on receiving usable transcript evidence. Do not share sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial, or regulated data unless we have confirmed a secure process for it.

What we do not promise

• No guaranteed ROI, savings, or implementation outcomes.
• No guarantee that every workflow reviewed will yield an AI opportunity.
• The report reflects our professional judgment based on the evidence available during the engagement. Decisions about implementation remain yours.

Your materials

You retain ownership of the materials you share. You grant us the limited right to use them to deliver the engagement. We do not use your materials in public marketing without your explicit written permission.

Refunds and issues

If something goes wrong with delivery, contact us and we will work to make it right. Email hello@aibuildpartners.com with any questions or concerns about these terms.
