Practical AI consulting for SMB teams

Map where AI belongs. Build what is ready. Run what works.

Get AI working in your business - and keep it working.

Every engagement starts with the audit. Not sure it fits? The fit call is free.

The Problem

Not every AI idea should become a project.

Plenty of the AI ideas floating around your business are not worth building — yet. The expensive mistake is guessing which ones.

Some workflows need training first.

Better use of approved tools can create value before custom automation is worth discussing.

Some workflows need cleanup first.

AI is fragile when ownership, source data, exceptions, metrics, or review steps are unclear.

Some workflows are ready to build.

A bounded first version can work when the input, output, owner, reviewer, and success measure are known.

The Report

Know what you are paying for before you pay.

The audit produces a written report: where AI will pay off in your workflows, what is risky, and what to do first. A complete sample is public — judge the thinking before you spend a dollar.

How We Work

Diagnose. Enable. Build. Run.

Every engagement moves in that order — and stops wherever the evidence says stop.

01

Diagnose

Clarify the workflows, risks, owners, and evidence before deciding what AI should touch.

02

Enable

Prepare the people, workflow rules, data, documentation, and review steps AI depends on.

03

Build

Implement narrow first versions around workflows with clear owners, inputs, outputs, and risk controls.

04

Run

Keep deployed systems useful with monitoring, governance, adoption support, and stop-or-expand decisions.

The audit decides which of these your business actually needs.

About

Built for operators who need decisions, not AI theater.

We work inside your real workflows — the quotes, handoffs, reports, and customer responses your team handles every day — and put AI where it holds up under daily use.

You get straight answers: what to build, what to fix first, what should wait. Then we build with you and stay accountable for it working.

Questions

Common questions before starting.

What does the audit cost?

$2,000, stated up front. If you want to confirm fit before paying, the fit call is free. If the report recommends further work, we scope and price that work with the report in hand.

What does the audit include?

A stakeholder call, a review of how work actually moves through your team, and a written report: three to five prioritized opportunities, ready-to-use quick wins, and a 30/60/90-day roadmap. A complete sample is public.

Why do you only sell the audit up front?

Because recommending training, builds, or ongoing support before seeing your workflows would be guessing. The audit gives both of us the evidence to decide what is worth doing — and what is not.

Can we skip the audit and buy implementation directly?

No. We do not scope, price, or schedule build work before diagnosing the workflow it has to live in. Skipping that step is how AI projects fail.

Do you always recommend paid follow-up?

No. Some reports say train the team first, clean up the workflow first, handle it internally, or do not do anything yet. You get a straight answer either way.

Do you have case studies?

Not yet — we are new, and we will not dress synthetic examples up as customer results. The sample report shows the exact kind of thinking you are buying. Real references will come from real engagements.
