What we collect
- Contact details you provide directly: company name, your name, and email address when you book a fit call, start checkout, or email us.
- Payment information, processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our systems.
- Scheduling details, processed by Cal.com, when you book a fit call or an audit session.
- Audit materials you provide: documents you share and completed transcripts you export from audit calls conducted outside this application. The meeting host is responsible for any recording or transcription settings and any required participant consent.
How we use it
- To deliver the AI Opportunity Audit, including analysis and report preparation.
- To schedule and run calls, process payments, and send service emails.
- To improve our audit process. We do not use your materials in public marketing without your explicit written permission.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to operate the audit: payment (Stripe), scheduling (Cal.com), email (Resend), and AI analysis providers used to process uploaded audit materials. Meetings are conducted outside this application, and we receive only the transcript or other materials you choose to provide. We share only what each provider needs to perform its function. We do not sell your information.
Sensitive information
Please do not share sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial, or regulated data during the audit unless we have confirmed a secure process for it.
Retention and your choices
We retain audit materials for as long as needed to deliver and support the engagement. You can request access to or deletion of your information by emailing hello@aibuildpartners.com.
